Editorial

The 11th volume 2019 of the peer-reviewed The Changing Face of Music and Art Education research journal with an international editorial board continues to issue research in the field of music and art education and its related interdisciplinary fields.

The main idea of the CFMAE Journal is, to show that music and art education is constantly in flow, it’s changing face can be traced back in history (yesterday), shape the contemporary development (today) and will affect the future (tomorrow). This present volume includes research conducted by experienced professors and young authors (doctoral students) from Finland and Hungary about art and augmented realities, skills, teaching and music lessons. This volume starts a new section – interviews – we hope to continue in future.

We thank all our contributors: authors, evaluators, editorial and advisory board members, compilers, editorial staff members, scientific advisors, the layout and print staff. We also thank our international database partners EBSCO and RILM/RAFT.

CFMAE Journal is dedicated to serving an international readership with diverse needs, interests, and concerns. Since Autumn 2015 the journal is hosted by Tallinn University Baltic Film, Media, Arts and Communication School.
